Nurses speak out about Nanaimo hospital – YouTube

Patients are suffering at Nanaimo Hospital because of a new care model which replaces nurses with care aides. Island Health calls it ‘care delivery model redesign’ or CDMR. (sound familiar?) Patients have lost 48,000 hours of nursing care per year. Listen to what real nurses say about the impact on safe patient care.

CDMR? Workforce Transformation? CoAct? Pathway to Home? Seems they all walk like a duck and quack like a duck.
